Returnable packaging represents a modern trend in the transportation of products. We design the packaging as efficiently as possible to save the total cost of transporting products between individual subcontractors, ideally the packaging goes directly to the assembly line without further unnecessary handling and unpacking. Usually, the packages are designed to be collapsible, i.e. the cost of transporting empty containers is minimized. Another saving can be shared circular packaging for several types of products.
Multi-way packaging is just as well applied as in-house packaging for inter-operational handling in the plant. Collapsible containers, gitter boxes, KLT or Euroboxes, stackable customer PP boxes, metal cabinets and containers are used as outer packaging. In terms of materials, we use PE foams of various types, PUR foams, non-woven fabrics, cardboard plastic parts, plastic profiles, aluminum and metal elements.
